We have Geisha! Famous for it’s sweet and floral cup profile, geisha is an exclusive varietal known for it’s record breaking prices due to it’s competition worthy characteristics. Luiz Paulo puts Brazil at the forefront of the farming industry with his dedication to innovation, and introduction of new coffee species to Brazil, like this geisha. This coffee is processed naturally, where the cherries are picked, sorted, and then sun-dried for three weeks. Geisha is typically delicate and floral, and grown in this region of Brazil, at a slightly lower altitude, we are finding this natural process a bolder and fruitier take, tasting like mandarin and honey, with a velvety praline finish. Boasting plenty of sweetness, we are loving this coffee as a pourover to start the day in style. Enjoy!
