This anaerobic natural coffee from Mt Elgon is exotic, vibrant and clean.

Ripe red cherries are hand picked and delivered to the  Muyanda Wet Mill.  The cherries are then sealed in  oxygen-deprived tanks for  fermentation.  This process enhances the  complexity of the flavours.  After fermentation, the cherries are spread on raised beds to  dry slowly and evenly. 

We love this as a v60 at home, with a 1:15 ratio.  Use 20g of coffee to 300g brew water.
